• You will support the maintenance of data and information in the ERP system and contribute to ensuring and improving data quality
• You will take on PMO tasks and support the project lead with administrative and operational topics
• In your role, you will coordinate with internal stakeholders on ongoing operational questions
• Part of your responsibility will be to support users with questions about the ERP system, ensuring reliable handling of their requests
• In your capacity, you will support and take responsibility for the analysis and resolution of technical errors, coordinating with our implementation partner where needed
• An important part of your work will be maintaining the central information channel for the ERP system on SharePoint, ensuring that relevant information is up to date and easy to find
• You will work in an agile project environment and contribute your own ideas to improve processes

• Ideally, you are enrolled in a business-related, technical or information technology degree program
• You work proactively, independently and solution-oriented, and take responsibility for your tasks
• You are characterized by a structured, reliable and careful way of working
• You enjoy collaborating with different internal contacts and approach people openly
• You have a strong affinity for tools and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and applications
• You handle information with trustworthiness and a strong sense of responsibility
• Initial experience with ERP systems, SharePoint or project management tools is helpful, but not required
• You enjoy working in a team and keep an overview even when handling several topics in parallel
