Your mission
- You are part of project teams for our international and national customers, managing digitalisation and tech projects with a clear focus on results and implementation
- You support customers in designing, integrating and implementing AI and automation projects
- You develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and independently work out solutions
- You conduct analyses across digital use cases, e.g. market, IT architecture and risks – and derive robust recommendations for action
- You design and facilitate workshops, including AI adoption sessions with live demonstrations and practical enablement formats
- You support the development of digital solutions and tools – from requirements analysis to the implementation of new features
- You assess and compare software solutions in a structured way (functionality, integration capability, ROI) and support selection decisions in client projects
- You create compelling materials for pitches and project acquisition and support the successful further development of our digital offering
- You work closely with developers, organising and allocating areas of responsibility
- You support customer projects from proposal preparation through to project completion
Your profile
- A completed degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with a business or digital focus
- Experience in consulting or project environments, in digitalisation, IT-related topics, AI workshops
- Strong understanding of structured analyses as well as confident work with different stakeholders
- Strong interest in engaging with new AI and automation topics and independently learning to use new tools
- Enjoyment of communicating content clearly – in writing in presentations as well as verbally in workshops and client meetings
- You are fluent in German and English
